Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
Dear customers,
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
Please inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement within this period via email at eshop@hedvabrokat.cz or by phone at +420 724 211 894. Thank you.
We would like to inform you that, according to the General Terms & Conditions and applicable legislative regulations, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract for custom-made goods. This applies particularly to:
- metrage;
- embroideries;
- and goods that the buyer has taken out of the packaging and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned (boxers, panties, socks, etc.).
The amount corresponding to the purchased goods, which was paid, will be refunded to your account without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Please send the completed form along with the returned goods to the address Opavská 463/23, 795 01 Rýmařov, Czech republic. Specify "HEDVA ČESKÝ BROKÁT s.r.o." as the recipient.
